Dear FutureMe,
Dude! You're THIRTY. PastMe thinks this is crazy, but there's probably a lot of things that PastMe thought were crazy that now make much more sense.
I'm at Pratt Institute right now, working on the President's Circle mailings for Fall 2005. What do you do now? Have you found work as an editor? Did you ever make that short movie? I hope you did. If you haven't, drop everything and do it now. You don't want to see my letter when you're 40. But if you did and it wasn't everything you wanted it to be, then I hope you're living a good life, doing what makes you happy. Whatever makes you dance, as they say.
Do you still talk with anyone from my time? Kevin, Dave, Steve, Bob P., Nikki, Leila, Nick H., Jeff P., any of them? If not, try and contact them. They're good people.
Remember to live your life with passion, to be the best person you can be, to have faith that your ideas are good ideas. Find peace. Live pleasantly.
Well, back to work for me. Happy birthday, and take a cue from Grandpa Golden -- you're only as old as you ACT. Love your life.
