but... forget about all those things i said before. just remember to be okay. it's been almost two months since your last panic attack and you're getting better now. please please please be okay. i know sometimes you feel like staying in your room forever, but please make the effort to go out. i know you feel like **** sometimes, but love yourself no matter what, or else how's anyone gonna love you?
don't listen to the voice in your head that tells you you're not enough, you ARE enough. hopefully in the future you'll actually believe that.
