Dear FutureMe,
It's January 23rd, 2014. Last year, you and your best friend decided that if you two didn't find anyone to marry until you're both 30, you're going to marry each other. Tomorrow will be his 30th birthday... so I'm just here to remember you. Have any of you found anyone? Or are you two really going to marry?
As much as I love my best friend, I hope we're not going to marry him, because I'm actually in love with someone else right now. Oh, that's a good question. How did our affair with Lug end? Have we even kissed? Did we date for some time? Are we married right now?
If you don't remember anything about him (that's possible), Lug is the cute guy from college. The one with curly hair, with whom you've been in love for like a year now. He said he didn't want to have anything romantic-related for the next ten years. It should have been ten years by now, so how did it all end up? Did he give you a chance?
Anyway, I think you deserve much better. You're really sweet sometimes. But still you're hopeless. Please tell me you learned to think about yourself a little bit more and you're not following anyone all the time as if you were a puppy. I hope you have your own life now.
Kisses. I don't know if this email will ever be sent... But hey, we can try.
