Dear Future Me, Today you binged. Ordered Dominos and ate almost an entire small pizza by yourself along with their disgusting chicken wings. Luckily, you stopped when you were full and didn't force yourself to finish the rest. That's new, isn't it? Remember when you used to just keep eating even though you were extremely full and it hurt your stomach to stuff more food down your throat? You hid behind the excuse of not wanting to waste food and ate way more than you should have. And guess what? The next day you always regretted it. I know that there will be times when you'll feel despair and that you have no control with this eating problem of yours. But look how far you've come RIGHT NOW. You used to go straight for the worst possible foods for yourself...but now? Veggies and water all the way! You minimize the crap you eat and exercise. Don't be ashamed of what you're going through because I know that you'll pull through. You can beat this. You can become someone stronger.
