Peaceful right?

Dear Cesia from 24 hours from now,Why not? I can send you a letter, a lot happens within an hour, within moments actually. Most of all, let's learn to appreciate the moments you experience in present time. it's easy to get stuck stressing about the future but do you ever ground yourself and bring yourself back to the present? Cesia, as of right now it's 5:18 am, I have pulled an all nighter. Promised I would fix my sleep schedule, start the day right, yadda, yadda, now I find myself sleep deprived and contemplating my decisions. Well, what can I say to one day older me? I can say a lot. I can say that you're blessed to be alive, breathing in the air of the beautiful morning. I can tell you that you should start the day by praying to God and thanking him for giving you life. I can tell you that you should make good eating habits, care for this body that you have only once. I can tell you to treat yourself by exercising, letting go of stress in your physical body and working to be energized, stronger. I can tell you that you should finally put it upon yourself to start reading the Bible, start with 30 minutes, then 1 hour each day.  I can tell you to limit your screen time, and let yourself connect with your feelings. So much I can tell you. Love yourself, each day is another opportunity for you to do that. You don't know when will be your last breath and so I want to teach you to be appreciative of every fleeting moment. Above all, I will tell you to praise God and that you should go to church today because you hold love for him.
Cesia, what you from 24 hours ago is saying, hold it. I want you to continue trusting in the prayer of NJG 💙
