Dear FutureMe,
now the first half of this year is over. After three painfully devastating years, where you always thought "well it can't get worse now, can it?!" you decided to stop making resolutions. But rather just take it step by step and look at what's coming at you. To stop overthinking and planning and panicking at theoretical scenarios.
How did that work out for you? Did you stick to it? Was it helpful? Ether way you're at the turning point of the year. Now is a good time to check and make adjustments.
I hope this letter finds you well. That the stars worked in your favor until now.
And if not, or at least - what is likely - not entirely, remember:
- A "no" to an uncomfortable situation ist a "yes" zu yourself
- You actually can do hard things - you showed the world and yourself several times, that you can.
- Energy flows where focus goes. Be thrifty with yours. Make people earn it. Don't fall for the bare minimum. In no dimension of your life.
Remember to live with a strong back and a soft front!
Yours dearly,
PastMe
