Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Remember that it's okay to put yourself first. You don’t have to carry the weight of everyone else’s needs or expect them to do the same for you. You've given your best; now it’s time to prioritize your own well-being. Not everyone thinks or acts like you, and that’s perfectly fine. What you give may not always come back in the way you hope, and that’s a lesson to learn, not something to dwell on. Let go of the past—it’s not yours to carry anymore. Whatever happened wasn’t your fault, and it’s not your responsibility to fix or shoulder. What’s important is what you choose to do now, in this present moment. Shiva has his reasons, and you must trust that everything is unfolding as it should, even if it’s not clear right now. It’s okay to be selfish when it comes to your happiness. You are not obligated to make everyone else’s world perfect at the cost of your own. You have every right to prioritize your mental peace, your joy, and your personal growth. Stop taking everything so personally. Time has a way of passing, and with it, the intensity of moments fades. Listen to your negative thoughts—they’re there to be heard, not to be feared. Acknowledge them, then move on. You don’t need to carry their weight any longer. Stop comparing yourself to others. Everyone is on their own path, and yours is unique to you. Stay focused on running your own race. What others think of you is none of your business, and it certainly doesn’t define you. Remember that not everyone is your friend. Protect your energy and learn when to set boundaries—don’t over-share, and don’t over-give. And finally, it’s okay to cry. Let the tears flow and release what needs to go. Don’t bottle up your emotions. Let them out so you can make room for peace, growth, and the happiness that’s coming your way. You are worthy. You are enough. Keep going.
