Dear Self, I hope this letter finds you with an open mind and a heart full of pride for the municipality you call home. As I reflect on our community, I am inspired by its potential to rise as a global city—a "batobalani," or magnet, that attracts people, businesses, and opportunities from around the world. Let me share my thoughts on why this dream is achievable. First and foremost, our municipality is rich in culture, history, and tradition. The vibrant festivals, the unique customs, and the stories of our ancestors make our town a cultural treasure. A global city must have a strong identity, and we already possess this foundation. By showcasing our heritage, we can attract tourists and investors who are eager to experience authenticity and diversity. Geographically, our location is strategic.
