Dear FutureMe, Academic half Into The Maze- Maze Runner soundtrack https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMZGVtbuDwE -This connected to the unit for me because it was one of the songs I listened to when I was doing my project on the dystopian movie and it helped capture dystopian ideals and movies because of the intensity of it. How Bad Can I Be- Lorax Movie soundtrack https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsnrmhFaHcM -This connected to our dystopian unit and the song connects because I feel as though it is the first song where you start to see the movie as dystopian and after that I listened to the song a lot. Shark Tank Intro https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQ1W7RsXL3k -This connected to our argument unit because we listened to it every day for the week that we did the shark tank videos and it connected to our argument unit because it was about entrepreneurs. It connects for me because every time I hear it I think about the argumentative unit. Telekinesis- Travis Scott https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLj_kj2xOXM This song reminds me of Membean because for a while, every time I was a Member in study hall, I would listen to this song because I knew that it was 6 minutes long. Then I would know that I only had 4 minutes left. But then I stopped because I got sick of listening to it every day. Da Dip- Freak Nasty https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZPQdZLyHYE -I listened to this song when I was doing homework and I thought it was interesting how dip does not change in English versus in French the different conjugations of it would make it different sounding so I listened to it and it always reminds me of French and how we conjugate things versus how they conjugate things. Personal Drive ME Crazy- Lil Yachty https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zd76xTL0wTs -Right now this is one of my favorite songs and I think it is really good and it reminds me of the beginning of the school year and just how I made some new friends then and it was just a really fun time. I also just really like the song so it is memorable for me. Die Hard- Kendrick Lamar https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zjpWF8I_PM -This song reminds me of last spring because we would always listen to it on the drive home from track meets and I just really like the song. Every time I hear it, it reminds me of track season and makes me excited for the next one and I also just overall like the song a lot. Feels Like Summer- Childish Gambino https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1B9Fk_SgI0 -This song reminds me of the beginning of summer when it was super nice outside and me and my friends had just gotten our drivers licenses so we would drive to Sedona like once a week and it was super fun. I also really like this song so whenever winter is really cold or something this song reminds me of summer. Seek and Destroy- SZA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AB0HnxEhzb4 -This song reminds me of right now because I forgot about this album from when I first listened to it and I just relistened to it and I really like it and it reminds me of winter of my freshman year because I used to listen to it all the time and I really like it now again. Juna- Clairo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_rw1C9eG_Q -This song reminds me of fall and thanksgiving break because I listened to it so much and I also just feel like the song is just very calm and so I have been listening to it a lot recently when I do homework or something like that because it doesn't distract me and it just reminds me of the people I spend most of my time with now.
