Hi Dain, First of all: Happy birthday!! You're 16 now. wow. You've come a very long way in your life. I'm writing this on my very first day of high school, and it was not as bad as I thought. I didn't get to socialize much with the new students but I promise I will the rest of the week. So... first for some things (rather material things) I want myself to check before I write about other stuff: 1. How well did I do at YTN?? (I really want to go to the elimination rounds at least. I rlly rlly want to break.) 2. CWC results??? Did the story come out good??? Do you like it????? Did you write any more???? 3. Any more debate competitions?? Like KNC or ASO 2025?? APDC? Who were your teammates?? How well did you do? What personal & team awards did you receive?? 4. How is volleyball?? How was VGV last year? Did you get to play much or were you benched all the time? Did you improve a lot? Is your hitting better??? I hope you still love volleyball as much as I do right now.. 5. oh also are you studying for your SATs or no?? 6. HOW WAS FRESHMAN YEAR. HOW IS YOUR BREAK. ARE YOU GETTING READY FOR SOPHOMORE YEAR? ENJOYING YOUR LIFE?? so these are some questions I really want answers to from my future self. But I'd also like to write abt some other stuff to myself. About my aspirations & goals for freshmen year. I will first work hard on volleyball, getting good grades, having a good, positive attitude in class, good relationships with my friends, finding my passions, doing debate, and much more!! Most importantly, I want you to be HAPPY. And figure out what makes you happy. I also want to lose weight to 44-46 kg, hope I can achieve that as well. I hope you're more confident, happy, generous, and open-minded. I believe in myself. Just try your best to acheive your goals and be the BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF this year, that's what matters the most. Be positive. and don't be too lazy. Use your planner everyday. I really hope I'm successful... I want to have good relationships with my mom and dad and other family members, and other friends. I want you to stay friends with Jaeyi and Haein too, ofc. And other school friends. I currently want to become closer with Celine, Jia, Lily, Gloria, Eva, and other new people. Dear 16 year old Dain, have a nice day!! enjoy your sweet sixteen.
