Peaceful right?

Dear Futureme, You have gone so far! First a big hug to yourself, it has not been easy for you to come to this day, undertaking all the changes since you moved away from China 2019. Currently, you are dealing with many life challenges all at one time. I know that it's not the best feeling. You are not a teenager anymore, your body isn't undefeatable like before. You are trying to be financially independent, but not there yet. Cutting off support from your mom and also many life comforts and trips. You are anxious about your career growth, with the peer pressure and successful cases you witnessed from your surroundings. And all the nice trips you see on social media. I know you are stressed. You are unsatisfied. You are eager to change, to live a better life, to feel proud of yourself again, and to make people you care about feel proud of you. Like what you saw 2 days ago from Inside Out 2, you are afraid of something that might not happen. You are occupied by anxiety and uncertain about the future. In one year from now, I know that you will have sorted out everything. I know that you can. You will have a more stable situation in your finances, career, relationship, and lifestyle. You will feel more certain and comfortable with who you are, and make choices that are harmonious with who you are and what you believe. Just don't forget to take care of yourself! Take the rest you need and watch out for your physical and mental health. You have been doing great on going to the gym and have a balanced diet. Just also put more focus on your mind. Maybe meditate more, and if you feel helpless again maybe someone professional could help you. Your body, your will, and healthy relationships are what bring you to a bright future. So take good care of them. Then, just run! the world is your courtyard. Have fun exploring and empowering. I wish to wish you the best and satisfied in one year! All the best Love you You in Jun 24 2024
