Dear Lola and Theo, I hope at the end of your life you can see the commitment I made during mine. I hope I can 1. Ensure the next 100 years of housing becomes a force for renaturing our world - so you live in cities and towns that are finding harmony with nature once again 2. Create a global movement of philanthropy and transition finance to support the transformation of our built environment - unlocking resources for Africa, Asia and Latin America 3. Suffuse all my efforts with strong values that uphold truth, dignity, democracy and empathy - as these things can never be taken for granted - and are what are needed to bring society together around the challenges we face.
