A letter from Jun 15, 2024

Dear FutureMe, I just read the one from last year, I changed so much, we don’t wanna be a detective anymore we’re just trying to get through it all till I’m 18, I wanna leave this place, I can’t wait till I go to college, I wanna go to a Columbia, I got yelled at by both my brother and my mom yesterday for absolutely no reason, I apparently slammed my door when I didn’t, when I said I didn’t it was apparently disrespectful, and the brother who does nothing but ask for money started talking, and mom just supports whatever he says, he needs money? She gives him money, she doesn’t have the money? There goes my money, it’s honestly draining me out how I just finished 2 weeks of studying nonstop while being told I’m not doing enough and I get treated like this, and all I get when I get good grades is a “good job” and a side hug, I’m not trying to be dramatic but it honestly hurts me sm when my work isn’t appreciated, I used to do art and I lost motivation, I wanna try making candles, but idk anymore. I just finished 9th grade, going to 10th means more work, I’m glad this year went over quickly and I’m glad I didn’t kms at some point. Me and my best friend aren’t close anymore, she did smth bad to me, and my friend told me it wasn’t her or me that was the issue but didn’t tell me what happened, and i just stopped caring And to answer ur question past me no, we’re not that into bts anymore but we’re still a blink, bunny, and once… But this year wasn’t.. all that bad, like yesterday I took my phone to school, yea mom let us upgrade from the Nintendo switch to the phone yippe, but they caught me w the phone and it’s stuck there till like next week bc my mom couldn’t come take it. And we did have a major glow up but still improving, we made 2 new friends one of which.. are just negative and jealous of my other friend, and we still have one veteran friend we met at the bus lmao But yea now future me, how’s it going w saving up to leave this ****** place? I saved 100 from starving at school for about a week-ish when I decided to save up, if we do the same in 10th grade we’ll be rich. I’m staying quiet for the next 3-ish years till I move out, rapunzel rapunzle type ****. Imma go watch a movie, go **** urself, ily tho
