A letter from Jun 14, 2024

Dear FutureMe, Hi Lola I hope 17 year old me is doing well. Typing that made me realize how old I already am. Wow. For now I’ll tell you how things are going now. I have a boyfriend Damian who I love very much and by the time next year you are reading this I hope we are still together. I hope nothing changes between us, only good things. I can’t express enough how he makes me feel and I wish to keep what we have forever. I knew right when we played Minecraft the first time that I would like him. And even more with our date at the movies. I’m getting my permit soon and hope that I’ll be an amazing driver. Hopefully better than Sophie. I wish to be friends with the same friends epecially Angie Jaela Hannah and Lilly. I hope to make fun memories and never let their friendships go. Also by the time next year I will be set for applying for colleges and hopefully would have locked in junior year. And I want to say to my future self that I’m proud for me making it through. Whatever happens to my ever changing life, I hope to never lose the things that I value most and the qualities that make me, me. And to always remeber I have an amazing and loving family always there for me. I would like to think I am very contempt now and wish to be even happier next year. Next year would be going into senior year and that’s scary. I’ve already gotten a taste of it with Sophie going to college but just to remind you that it is apart of life. Never forget who you are and what you are capable of. And remember there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Love ya. See you next year, - Loli😘
