Dear FutureMe,
How are you? You are probably the same autistic ***** that you are right now, no? Just kidding.
I hope you're doing good at this time you're reading this letter. Are you in college now? If you are, I hope you're dealing with your ADHD well, because it held you back really badly before. I hope you view yourself with a little more love than you did before.
Life was difficult, especially with your condition. But I know you are strong and intelligent in your own weird ways. Whatever you might be going through now, take into consideration the fact that pain is a natural experience that helps us survive in the world. We have no way else to deal with pain but to feel it, let it pass, and try our best to learn something valuable from it.
Anyway, thanks for coming to my TEDTalk. Just kidding. I hope you always stay true to the unharmful parts of yourself. It's what you need for a healthy, regulated, and balanced life. I love you FutureMe, and I hope I will never stop doing so until my last day.
