Dear Future Me,
Greetings, future self! On this day, August 12th, I'm reaching out to remind you that everything will turn out fine. Over the past years, I've come to realize that I struggle with Birthday Depression it refers to a phenomenon where I experience feelings of sadness, loneliness, or even anxiety around the time of my birthday—an odd mix of desiring solitude while also battling a sense of sadness. It's almost like self-sabotage, and I understand the difficulty it brings. Despite that, I sincerely hope you'll be the happiest version of yourself on that special day. I extend my warmest, advanced birthday wishes to you, my future self.
During this time, I'm well aware of the emotions you're experiencing, and I want nothing more than for you to heal. If, in the future, you find yourself grappling with similar emotions, I encourage you to address them. Remember, this is all for the betterment of your future. Your dreams are vast and important, and I have faith that you'll honor your promise to celebrate your 25th birthday with utmost joy.
Furthermore, I'm sending forth my prayers daily, hoping that you have overcome any challenges, including conquering your board exam. With confidence, I'm envisioning your success and offering hearty congratulations in advance. I have every belief that you are now in a more favorable situation.
Cherish the progress you've made and continue to evolve into an even more exceptional version of yourself. As the stage is now yours, embrace your journey with love and determination.
With all my affection,
Your 23-Year-Old Self
