A letter from Jul 17, 2023

Dear FutureMe, As of July 17th 2023 (exactly one month until my A-level results :0, I definitely failed geology and yes I have no hope for anything different lmao) I just received the letter to myself from may 2021, A LOT HAS CHANGED! Wait I actually thought I was going to Uni? well I guess I didn't knwo there was other options then all though I still don't know. Well past Liana in May 2021 you had just started liking Måneskin (must have been just before I started listening to their other songs). I can tell my songs I liked then were literally just Esc 2021 although that's probably because that was the first proper Eurovision in 2 years. I can't believe I didn't like the song that much at first (well I guess that's what Esc does to you makes you like music genres you never would have liked elsewhere). Well I don't think you would have been able to guess who won Esc in 2023, someone who had already won actually (it was predictable though but not a bad song as it was my joint favourite). Also Esc 2022 the UK CAME 2ND (YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY) not last for once , although this year 2nd from bottom but hey we got points lol. This is a bit rambley and you will already now this but the winner of Esc 2022 was Ukraine and they couldn't host due to the war. Question for the future is the war still ongoing? or maybe there is another way now and other problems (unfortunately probably there are). Anyway the UK hosted Esc this year and so you may be thinking (well you wont be because this is the future). YES I ATTENDED THE GRAND FINAL REHERSAL WHICH WAS EPIC! FUTURE SELF YOU BETER GO TO MORE EUROVISIONS (probably not to Malmo as thats expensive) WHO WON ESC 2024??? I HOPE I LIKED THEM? Going to send this to 2025 so who won then too?? got esc depression still but its okay since I'm going to see Joker Out in 3 days who were from Esc 2023. TOO FUTURE SELF DID YOU GO TO MORE OF THEIR CONCERTS? DID YOU MEET THEM MAYBE? Yes I'm obsesses with them even as much as Måneskin , well blame Damiano for getting a buzzcut. Also have I seen Måneskin again? I saw them twice hopefully I will have been to at least one more concert of theirs? OK I FOUND MY TYPE IN GUYS THOUGH BOJAN IS JUST SO FINE, also Jan, Nace, Kris and Jure is like an alpaca ahahahah also he performed Zitti E buoni last year so yep defo got a certain type. For the future yes I'm going to more concerts this year so possibly going to see JO in Amster***?? hopefully they are announced this week? Seeing JO 20/7/23 Het Grote Songfestivalfeest 16/11/23 Seeing Dadi Freyr 28/11/23 SeeingCornelia Jakobs 1/2/24 and probably more in the future I should I eat my lunch right now brb Ok back to the juicy stuff not lol I'm curious what I have done do I have like a proper job/apprenticeship/internship or something along those lines. I have I travelled to a different country (since Spain) besides Amster*** (The Netherlands) ofc. Like I need to travel moreeeeeeeee well rn I'm 18 so I guess I've got plenty of time but still I NEED TO GO TO ITALY ASAP! Not just for Måneskin but that country is ughh also I obviously really want to go to Slovenia because of JO and because why not XD SO YES 2023 WAS EPIC AND ISN'T OVER BUT I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT THE FUTURE BRINGS!! Ending with the ADIOSAAA also need to learn Spanish (properly), Italian and Slovenian although I'm very lazy so ofc I will procrastinate this. BYE BYE AND CYA IN 2025 BESTIEEE
