A letter from May 10, 2023

Dear FutureMe, I'm from womb to person And drinking out of sippy cups and eating mashed foods I'm from sharing rooms and having bunk beds from being babysitted every morning And wearing big bows I'm from Heather Wilson and Cory Willams And doing flips in the front yard cheering to running I'm from fighting with my sibling to loving them From pre-k to middle school I'm from swimming in big lakes and getting bit by mosquito And having sand everywhere and in my hair From riding my bike and walking around the block with my friends Always going to the hospital because of my huge tonsils Wearing dresses everywhere too hoodies and sweats I'm from a very strict mom who cares too much I'm from a town of lakes,rivers,lots of fields and trees. And from getting chiggers from laying in the grass From living with my papa and always having warm dinners. All these places and people where i'm from
