A letter from Mar 17, 2023

Dear future me How are you? I am 15 years old now. My hobbies are rope skipping, athletics and scouts. I am doing natural sciences now and I have to choose a new direction for next year, but I am not sure yet (probably biochemical sciences). If I am going to do biochemical sciences I will probably end up in a boys' class (good luck…). Right now I want to study something with biology at the university. Is Liesl still your best friend? Are you still in the nicest group of friends with Lauren, Mies, Anouk, Eliese. Do you already have a boyfriend? I hope to be with Nelson (W) by then. Have you already gotten a totem in the scouts? I hope it will be a beautiful animal with good character traits. I hate English now because I’m really bad at that but I have a good intention that by 2025, I will have improved my English. I would prefer to study in Leuven later and have a dorm with many friends. I’m sure I will have the time of my life. I hope I will be very happy over 2 years and I hope I will be able to control my stress because it's bothering me a lot right now. How is it with the family? Do you still want to live abroad? I want to live in Hawaii right now because there you can surf a lot in the sea and the weather is also good. I'm already looking forward to the last hundred days and prom. Are there nice themes for the last hundred days like Bridgerton our Gilmore Girls? Bridgerton is now my favorite series. I hope I will have a good and funny life.
