Dear FutureMe,
hi, sarah. it's March second, 2006, and you're sitting in bed in your room in the house you did most of your growing up in. to be honest, sarah, your life is kind of a wreck right now, plans being made too far in advance, things catching up with you before you realize it, but you've been feeling stronger lately, despite. i think you've finally decided to make things work out for you, and realized that sometimes you have to push a little, or a lot, to get what you want. that's really what i want to tell you, future sarah: PUSH. if you're still sitting on your ass, so to speak, and letting life get the best of you, please, STOP. you owe it to yourself to be taking advantage of the chances that have been accumulating in your lap your entire life. i know you've been through a lot. i know your heart has been broken, and your spirit has been dashed to peices at points along the road, but you've got to keep your chin up, love. you have something to give, something to offer, and if you don't start handing it out, you'll get to the end of the road feeling useless. trust me; i know you.
you're telling yourself you want to move out in six months from yesterday. by august first, 2006, you want to be in your own little place. you still have to inform your grandmother. you feel very strongly about this, very defensive, and i hope you haven't given up on this, because you really want it. if you havent moved yet, do it soon: it's very important. get the advice of those you love and trust, but in the end you have to do what is going to make you happiest. it's not selfish, if you go about it correctly. that's what i want you to know. keep moving forward, sarah. keep on keeping on. prove them right, prove them wrong, just don't let yourself down. i love you. good luck.
