Dear FutureMe, How are you? How has your life been going… there’s probably so many things that you would have experienced, many ups and downs but if you’re the slightest bit happy in your every day life that means you did a great job surviving until now. Good job! The boys would be proud of you!! Speaking from the me now, who has nothing—- well close to nothing. I hope that you success in one way or another, be happy, eat well, sleep well, study well, make Namjoon proud. Talking about Namjoon. How are the boys? Are they going well? Do they look good in military uniform? How many times did they update on social media… aaaa just thinking about it makes me weirdly excited. Future me you’d be excited too right? How did you handle being so far out of reach with them? This letter is being sent on exactly their debut date for their 12th year anniversary, so I hope all the boys are back tgt and having fun. I know I don’t need to tell you this because you will always love BTS as ling as you could. But from the me now.. they saved your life, they made you know about love and self love the way no one ever did before. The you right now typing this is so grateful that the universe moved so prominently ,it gave you the chance to witness such a beautiful moment in life. What was your first tattoo? I hope you didn’t choose anything you regret, how is dad and mum? Did they like your tattoo? When is your plan to visit Korea in 2025, the you right now is going to Korea next month. Seokjinnie is enlisting very soon and his album preorder just dropped a few minutes ago today (19/10/22). Don’t cry too much when situations becomes hard, think of all the good memories— everything will be ok. I really believe in you. Namjoon….please stay safe , I know one can’t stop their clumsiness but I hope you don’t hurt yourself too much. Seokjinnie… you’re so brave to go first. I hope that no mosquito bite you too much. Avoid garlic at all cost ok??🥺 Yoongie… I know you get tired easily. Get enough sleep , take care of your shoulder and i hope you still grt to produce some music while serving <3 Hobi🥺 don’f be too scared of loud noises!! You got this bby. Take care well!! Minie… my precious boy. I hope the world and everyone is kind to you in every way baby. You’re gonna be 30 in 2025 ,how exciting. Eat well my baby. Taehyungie!! You will also be 30!! You have always been too kind for the world I’m sorry I wasn’t able to protect you as much as I want to in 2022 baby. You never did anything wrong. Don’t eat too much spicy food in the army. Take care!! Lastly… Jungkookie🥺 my dearest baby love. Promise you won’t be too passionate abt the army and stay there ok?? Hehe. Whatever you want to do, i hope everything goes your way. Eat well, sleep well, you’re perfect. I realised that the world is really moving forward the moment the enlistment news dropped. I realised that the time we have together is not ‘limited’ or ‘forever’ but really just however long we want it to be. The label makes everything complicated, I would like to have forever with you guys. But, truth is … nothing really lasts forever. One day I will become the snowflakes falling from the sky and you will too. Emotions , especially ‘love’ is indefinite. I hope I get to know you guys in every life I will have. In 2025, when you have your comeback concert I will be there screaming , cheering you on with all I have and all the more years there is to come. Even if I won’t be happy with my life nor my future but one thing I will never do is love myself any less because you taught me so. My days are more beautiful with remnants of you guys in them.
