Dear Kat,
You woke up today 30 years old at home to your mom in the living room. You took Henry outside and Alice is laying in the rainbows on your bed cleaning herself. You went to the gym at midnight last night, and you probably pulled a muscle in your arm, because let's face it you have no idea what you're doing. We are 362 lbs now, do we ever lose the weight?
Ryan is still 900 miles away and you haven't seen each-other in over a year. We're worried nothing will ever happen with him, and that he will leave us again... only this time we won't let him come back. We deserve more. We're looking for other people, and even though it's maybe not going well... we're trying and that's what matters.
We are obsessed with kinky romance novels right now. Did we ever get to build our library? I hope that we did.
Are squishmallows still popular? Did our collection get bigger? Do we regret wasting so much money on them now?
It's been three years... who is our president now? Is Ukraine still fighting a war? What happened after they overturned RoeVWade?
Please remember that even though we are always alone, and it never seems to get any better... There are reasons for being here. There are very very small things to be happy for. The sound of windchimes in the breeze. The smell of new crisp books and a fresh pack of crayons. The soft boop from a cat on your cheek. The taste of apple cider at a fall festival. You don't have to stay, but if you're reading this... you've already made it further than you ever thought you would.
