Dear wonderful self, how are you? I have a few questions for you, but sadly you a year ago won't be able to receive the answers. Just use this to reflect on yourself. So, how are you? Right now I have a crush on Jack, you remember him. Do you now? Better yet, are you bf-gf? If you don't like Jack, then who do you? Be honest with yourself, I know it's hard. Or... do you have a boyfriend?!? You're going to be so successful in life, Lucy, considering how 3 years ago you were in 5th grade math. So... you're a 7th grader now. Are you doing 8th grade math or college courses? or just TAG? And are you still in advanced reading? Is Kennedy your friend still? Right now I'm questioning if she'll be my friend in the future.I don't want her to be forced to be my friend just because we're in softball & volleyball together, not to mention above-grade-level-math. I hope you're besties now. What have you been thinking about for a job? I know you're just a middle schooler, but have you given it any thought? Right now I would like to be either an artist, an author, or both. But I'm just going into 5th grade. I don't know what's ahead of me in life. Lucy, never EVER be afraid to make a mistake. you've never believed this, I know, but mistakes help you learn. It may embarrass you a bit, but you'll be okay.
