Dear FutureMe,
3 years from today will be our 23rd birthday. I have few predictions of what our life will be like, but I am sure we're doing the best we can. I hope you feel fulfilled and happy today. I celebrated my 20th birthday today with the family and I am really hoping you've prioritized family. I love our family so much today and I know our love for them is going to continue to grow. I am proud of you for making it to your 23rd birthday and today is a day worth celebrating! I just read something that said "you don't have to be perfect to be loved" and I hope that resonates with you.
I want to ask you some thoughtful questions so we can be more thoughtful and maybe more appreciative. I'll write an answer too so we can compare and contrast:
1. If you could change one thing in life, what would it be?
I would change my wardrobe which is so materialistic of me but I've been in a weird fashion rut recently. If I could magically change ANYTHING? It would for sure be my work ethic because I just need a bit of help with that rn.
2. What is your favorite book?
This year has been a big ACOTAR year for me, I've been loving some contemporary romance too!
3. Are you still friends with anyone from high school/college?
I talk to Maggie, Sarah, Athena, Caroline, J Fink, and Isobel almost every day from high school. I talk to Peyton, Kayla, and Thomas a fair amount and they're important relationships to me right now.
4. What is your favorite coffee order?
I have been a big fan of lattes recently, especially the hazelnut latte from simply social coffee!
5. What was your proudest moment this year?
For me, it's been my ability to watch our neighbors' kids and be genuinely good at it. I was worried that quitting a summer job was going to ruin my chances this summer of staying busy, but I found my way!
I wish you nothing but happiness and fun/new experiences!
