Dear FutureMe,
Hello from 2022, you’re 20, a university student stressing about the uncertainties of the future, the fear of seeing your loved ones age, the fear of independency, the fear of stepping out of comfort zones.
You should’ve been graduated by now, congratulations. No matter which path you took, I am sure I’ve improved in all this time and could make the best decision based on the circumstances.
Is your dog still doing alright? It is his birthday today, better get him his little treat he gets every year.
Have you found what you’ve always been looking for? How are your friends doing? Are we still together? These are questions I have in my head, perhaps you may say yes, or it might be a sorrowful awkward silence. Anyhow, I just hope you never lost the reason or strayed from the path of why you started in the first place, no matter how harsh the reality might be.
