Dear Future Juliet,
Did you pass medical school ? Or, if not, what are you doing now ? You wasted 6 years on another Master's degree, and another 2 for medical school. Right now, you are nearly 27, and will be soon 30 when this letter arrives. You feel lost and useless. Most of your friends are buying houses, having kids, being promoted, and you still have to have your first job.
Do not be too hard on yourself. Like everyone, you are doing your best. This letter will be sent public, anonymously, to anyone who might feel the same. To fellow students who also might have cried 5 times in a 1 hour study session. I really hope we all find our thing, and that we will be happy (or at least happier) three year from now.
Dear Juliet, please, believe in yourself. You always love and believe in others, and never yourself. It's hard, isn't it ? What is it to do, when you helped everyone but now are at lost when you have to help yourself ?
I really hope you found the answer to your questions. Because of these very long studies, you cannot marry nor have children, nor even buy your own clothes and stuff. Even outing with friends are thought about twice. It sucks hard. I really hope that in a few years you are finally making some money and can buy relatively cheap new shoes that you need without wondering if there is a better time financially.
I love you. Always have, always will, and really hope that you are now happy, and that your loved one are in good health.
