A letter from Jan 27th, 2022

Dear my future self, "It's hard to see you when you're caught in the thick of it, it's hard to feel when you're trying just to forget... looking in the rearview mirror it's impossible to see ahead, trying your best to see things clearer and get out of your head. See you've been running in circles, it's a journey, it's a struggle, but I know: when the world breaks, you stand tall, when you feel pain, you fight it off, when they go low, you go high, 'cause you're gonna re-write the storyline and those who don't believe in you: farewell, they try to keep you down, but time will tell, take a leap of faith, you won't fail, as you write the words "Dear my future self". It's hard to hear you trough the voices doubting you, it's hard to taste success where there's nothing new, staring at yourself in the mirror, what's it now that you want to change? Feel like you're never gonna see thing clearer, it's time to turn page. See, you've been running, you've been hiding with no peace, it's a struggle to find you. You gotta keep up, you gotta be strong, don't lose the faith, you gotta keep on." I know it's hard but I'm sure you're gonna make it. Be proud of yourself, because I am. Don't you dare to be disappointed on yourself or to change for someone because you're perfect the way you are. Thanks to you and only you, you managed to overcome your biggest fears, you managed to get where you set out to be or maybe you're halfway down the street but I know you'll succed sooner or later. Feel free to love or hate, to trust or not, to make mistakes, to cry, to laugh... to live however you want. Feel free to be yourself and whenever you feel sad, look around you and observe quietly. Where are you? Who are you with? What did you achieve? Whatever it is, good or bad, I'll always be there, I'll accompany you at every step, I'll support you no matter what because you're the most important thing to me and because I love you endlessly.
