A letter from Jun 19th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Today, an Email from Future me came to my.. our inbox, inside there's compilations of emails that we thought lost forever, it hasn't. I'd ask how you're doing but if you're reading this then you must've been okay. The start of 2020 (last year) was when our work started to get off, we thought we going to grow but the pandemic hit and we both know how that goes. I read those younger us wrote back in 2009, so young and hopeful it makes me realize that looking back, despite how hard our life was our younger selves always trying hard to look forward, to stay hopeful, something we lost along the way for sure. he asked, "are you where I expect you to be?" and im not sure I can answer that question. what about you? are you where I hoped you to be?
