A letter from Jun 8th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, So Im sure that by this time you've graduated high school. First of all congrats for making it this far. Second of all I hope you have a job you lazy bum. Here's a bit of what's happened so far. I've been clean for 6 months now! I'm really proud of myself for making it this long. Right now I've been going by the name of Mint and using they/them pronouns, I just think it feels nice. I don't know if maybe you've changed this name and pronouns but I just hope that you're comfortable. I've been doing lots of reflection and I decided to just say Im queer and nonbinary since gender and ********* is weird. Right now mom and dad don't accept me yet and don't ever talk about not since the whole therapist thing. I've not been feeling too well mentally and have been having thoughts of hurting/ ******* myself again. Not happy about this but Im trying my best to improve. Anyway right now my goals are set to become an animator but maybe you've changed that. Also reminder look thru old sketchbooks I'll be leaving little notes to you.
