A letter from Jun 8th, 2021

Dear future me I am currently at my house in my room on my bed. I have many favorite artists right now but one of my favorite songs right now is called “Good Days”. I have a favorite movie right now called “2 Hearts” it is an amazing heartfelt movie and I can not stop watching it. My strengths are my family and confidence. The Covid-19 experience has been very hard for me not being able to interact with friends or teachers. I really wished it never happened but it did and I am grateful I was able to stay safe. I will miss my friend group and teachers also Virgil, in general, I got very attached to the school and will miss it very much. I am looking forward to learning new things in high school. I have just joined another sport and have raised my grades tremendously. Future self, I am not sure if I will change this year but I am looking forward to it. I believe that next year will bring new friends and more happiness. FUTURE SELF IF YOU ARE SEEING THIS I NEED TO TELL YOU TO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE THINGS PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY ABOUT YOU. I believe in 2025 I will be very happy. Family and Friends, right now I have a few friends I am very close to and friends that I talked to in school. My family is very close right now we all try to stick together and be grateful for each other. I love my family and friends very much and I feel like they make me who I am. They all support me and always make sure I am okay. I don’t think I’d be okay without them. My Goals, I have many goals for myself I’d like to travel go to college meet new people, and have fun. One of my goals would be to travel the world with my best friend her and I have planned it out and we are so excited to see it through. I would also like to buy a dream car of mine and take it everywhere! I would like to continue playing sports in the future and being active. Some academic goals I have for myself is to complete High school with good grades. I would like to do that so I could get into my dream colleges either USC, Harvard, or yale they are all amazing schools. Last but not least I’d like to complete college and become a doctor I would love to become a pediatrician or a neurosurgeon.
