A letter from May 17th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, When writing this it is May 16, 2021, it is 8 p.m. and I just got off of work at Publix like an hour ago. Currently I am a senior at Mainland high school with like a week left. I have to do stuff I don't want to like to go to graduation and there is this whole dilemma about having to wear a dress at graduation which makes me very uncomfortable. At school this year I barely spoke to anyone to spite mom for making me go in person and not letting me do online because “i won’t talk to people,” I think she forgot whose daughter i am. My mental health is **** right now, you know the vibes. I am working to get my mental health in check so I can function more like normal people. It is really hard and you still have the sad journal to read if you want to look at the more sad moments. I have no idea what I want to do, so hopefully you're doing something nice. I hope whatever it is it’s out of customer service or away from people in general. All of my friends know what they are doing and going to college or Isabelle’s going into the air force, feel kinda left out but whatever lol. I wonder if i found a ‘rich’ man like i always was told to find as a kid lol. I sure hope you kept the plan of not having kids, you could not handle that. Plus kids are like YIKES and sticky which is gross. Remember the stories mom told you about work, giving birth is not worth it! I hope your still a raging femenist who doesn't care what other people think of you. Remember how you dressed senior year and what the A-holes said about you.
