A letter from March 26th, 2021

Hey. I stg you better still be an avid book lover who will cry so much when Bernie Sanders dies. (Did/will Shadow and Bone have more seasons?? I'm so excited for it to come out.) It's me from the past. Remember, the time of COVID, hate crimes, and discrimination. COVID's probably gone but the hate crimes and discrimination?Wouldn't bet on it. How was the election? Did whoever you vote for win? Please let it be someone who won't bomb places and commit war crimes. It better not be a ******* Republican. If Bernie ran, the gen z people who can now vote better not let him down and he better have won because he deserves it. But then again, he doesn't deserve to bear America's problems. He already works so hard for us. So, how was high school? It's so weird to think eighth grade is almost over. I mean come on, I remember orientation from sixth grade. Also please tell me you kicked *** in Speech & Debate and totally won. Also, do you have a job. I wanna work at the library rn and even if I don't get the job, I still want money so I'll get another job. What about internships? I wanna intern at a Law Firm if I can. Is that still what you wanna do? Okay we're about to move. Fin-*******-ally. Is it a neighborhood filled with conservatives? I bet it is. Gives me that sorta vibe. Whatever, I bet you kicked their *** anyway. Also do you the best room ever with a wall full of books?? How was prom and homecoming and all that high school stuff? Did Mom and Dad even let you go?? You deserve that high school experience so they better have. And college. Holy **** you're going to college. What college? Wait are you going to college? Idc. You're going places and that's all that matters. Please tell me you and your friends went out on your 18th birthday to get a tattoo!! It's my one goal in life:) Hopefully it's on your bra line and it says Carpe Diem. If you did, do the parents know? Also, is Dead Poets Society just as amazing as it was when I first watch it? Life is going pretty great rn ngl. High school coming up scares me but I'm excited. I don't want new students but I'll just have to deal with it ig. Okay so can you really go out to eat as Seniors? What about Gili? Do you still email her? I hope so. She's a good friend:) So, what have you done to make a difference? Or stand up for rights? I really hope you've done something. Well, I know me best, and I'm sure you have. I love you and I'm proud of you. Please don't do drugs. Disobey your parents sometimes but don't push it;) Gotta learn a lil manipulation if you wanna be a politician. Bye.
