A letter from January 25th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Hi. Um I’m currently 13 years old in the middle of coronavirus pandemic. And 2020 was ***. I want to cut off all communication with Luis and to never hear from him again cause yk he cheated on you with his cousin and let me tell you it hurt like a ***** but I got through it and moved on cause I’m a strong independent woman and no man will make feel worthless and not let me be my worth. He tried setting us up with his other “cousin” but I’m done dating for now I need to focus on myself and nothing else. He is a coward but I’m wondering does it get better up there? I wish I could drive but I’m almost there cause I’m almost gonna turn 14 so I can get a job and an apartment and just have the best life I can have. But yk depression and emotionless and feeling nothing all the time makes you unmotivated. But we cleaned our room and soon we’ll be able to have that floating bed we like.
