A letter from December 20th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Right now, I'm in a good place. I am making some money to get the basics for a home studio to make my own music. I'm in love with a man that wants someone else, and it's hard for me to take. I try to rationalize, but it isn't easy. I turned 25 but it feels like I don't know where I'm headed. A part of me doesn't care, the other does. Let's see what life has in store for me. I'm currently in Abuja, I left home to see new places and meet new people. I'm still trying to find my feet here, my friend and his mom have been kind to me. I don't know what the future holds for me, but I hope to enjoy the ride.
