A letter from November 10th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, The day is Tuesday 10th November 2020. You are writing this at home, under the 2nd lockdown and have been having a tough few months since graduation. There is one question that you have been debating for a while. Should you start a Law LLM Masters in January 2021, or should you take the Paralegal postgraduate diploma? You feel stuck with nowhere to go, no one to talk to, to vent, to cry to. My only wish is to get out of this rut, find an administrative job and hopefully build on my legal experience. I pray Mr Hasani replies to my email and offers me work experience at his firm. In a few years time, when you read this, I would love to know what you're getting on with. Have you figured out what it is you want to do? Did you end up taking the Masters? Are you happy with your job? Did you move out? How are your friends and family? There is one person on your mind. You know. What happened with that? Remember that you can't force everything. If he wants you, he'll put the work in. Is there anyone special in your life? I wonder what our life is like in 5 years.
