A letter from October 5th, 2020

Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Currently writing this on October 5th, 2020. It’s 12:19 AM and I don’t even know if iPhones will be a thing still. What I want to be doing in 2025 is either be a successful esports pro in valorant or any other game, or preferably work at spacex or nasa. Honestly any space agency will be amazing because my number 1 dream since I was a kid was to go to the moon. I want to be a Mars colonist, and this is the year they launch the first colonists. I’m 16 years old with major ADHD trying to keep my mind on online school. If I’m not doing so well in 5 years, just remember it will all get better. Keep moving forward. Keep working towards your dream. This might sound silly in 5 years but remember mrbeast? He went from a small YouTuber to one of the most recognized group of people in the world. Things can change in literally 1 hour. It may take a couple years to get where you’re going, but just remember that someday it will happen. I will go into outer space and experience zero gravity. My friends I have now, they hopefully will be close to achieving their dreams. Oh and remember to go out and get a drink with dad. Talk about life, spend time with him more. The worlds a cruel place, but I know I’m going to make it. Absolutely no doubt in my mind. I think about going to space at least 50 times a day. It just clicked. Going to space is what I am meant to do. Everyone has that one thing they are meant to do and that’s my thing. That’s my purpose. To help humanity strive on another planet while also doing my best as an individual. Here’s to another 21 years -16 year old me from 2020 sent as an email in case I don’t use this phone account anymore
