Time Travelled — almost 5 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Marissa, Today is July 25th, 2020. We went to Ten 22 for your love of their chicken fingers. We drove home and sat in the driveway talking about our future. My hope of getting weekends off and your hopes of climbing the ladder at K&A. You started planning to take your exams. I then drove to work to work overnight on 5 & 6 desks. It was a enjoyable evening together. Particularly because we were in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. It was the first time that we went out to eat since it started in February. Even though we had to sit outside and it was 90 degrees. I saw this email system online and thought you may enjoy getting this email in the future. A sort of a time capsule. Here are some interesting facts about me as of the date. I'm 27. I just finished reading the book "Until The Final Hour" and my favorite movie of all time is still "Master And Commander: The Far Side Of The World" we were living in my parents basement in attempt to pay off our debt and hopefully have enough to buy our home in the summer of 2021. I am not fully gray yet. But there are plenty coming. You call me your silver fox. You aren't gray yet either for the record. I was working at Septa and still married to you. The love of my life. We have our ups and downs about everything but we're still stronger together. You will always be my love. And even if sometimes I wish I could get the thrill of chasing a new girl like we're in high school, I know I'll never catch anyone as good to me as you are. You're my best friend and soul mate. I'm excited to see what the future holds for the two of us. Hopefully in five years we're traveling the world together and you have your dogs. Hopefully we both have lots of money and enjoy getting to spend time together. You're my best friend. I'll love you forever. And if by some chance I'm not there with you, know I'm there anyway. I love you so so so so so much. I always will. Forever and ever, to the moon and back. Your loving husband, Dylan
