A letter from July 23rd, 2020

Dear FutureMe, How is freaking college?! Or no college that’s all good too my man. I hope you’ve learned a great deal, and expanded your knowledge. I hope you are a fantastic debater and orator. I hope you’re achieving greatly and going after goals. You got this, even if you’re set back right now or thriving. There is nothing you cannot do. :) keep traveling and make many friends. Never lose focus. Keep up comedy, music, poetry, languages. Freestyle rapping, score composing, film making. Right now, COVID-19 won’t let me see anyone and I’m in love with Rachel. Taking a summer physics course that I’m am very behind on. In my first speech and debate classes. Loving Tom Lehrer and Late Night Thoughts. Just started French and the Politician on Netflix. Can only speak pidgin Spanish and Swedish. Thinking about the future. Right now I can react with rage quickly when people are dumb or don’t understand. Hope that’s better. But I think I’m on a pretty good track. Saw this message from a Joshua Bassett Instagram story and was reluctant to write this at first but I’m glad I did :). Bryan Caplan’s a great author. I’m starting to understand, love, and debate ideas more. I check things too much and I hope you’ve curved that so you don’t lose time and focus. Can’t wait for what’s to come but I know to enjoy the now. Time crafters hasn’t even debuted yet. my word of the day: don’t miss the Forrest for the trees. Can’t do much crazy 16 y/o stuff atm, but I will. My sister is starting her career living with Zach and they’ve invited Rachel and me to go down. Two more elections have happened, nice!! A new president, nice!! never lose your spark. You saw this message now for a reason. Keep going. Be strong. I love you. And I’m thinking about you and all you will do.
