A letter from July 20th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Its been almost a year since everything. And you're still heartbroken at the idea of a person leaving you. After Kai and Jason, isn't it ironic that those two initials point out JK (Just Kidding)? Cause everything that happened with them seems like a joke. A painful joke. I'm really tired of the repeating memories, whether they were good or bad, its still a part of me. I tried hard to put those feelings aside, yet I find myself longing for those kinds of memories again. What's going on? At this point, you should be happy, in a relationship with a guy who wouldn't leave you. Living your life at UCI. Happy, I would assume. If you're not, try. Please. Cause the current you isn't doing so great right now. Love you.
