Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, hey, I really wonder where you are in life right now, did you end up choosing medicine? chemistry? maybe you didn't even go to university. I just wanted to let you know that everything will be okay. I wonder have you had your first boyfriend or first kiss yet (I'm rooting for you if you havent) were a levels really as hard as they all said? did you make new friends instead of just Sophie? right now I'm waiting for results day for gcse's and well, I'm pretty much terrified so I'm really hoping that goes well. did things get better after the awful year of 2020 (we're still in quarantine) so I really hope things went uphill from here because I don't know how much more downhill it can go. so yeah, that's it, I just wanted to check in and I don't know what things are like for you right now, but if you're struggling please keep going. when you get this letter it'll be quite a few years into the future which should show you how fast life goes, so tell your mum you love her because she's honestly the best thing in your life, check up on your friends, don't wreck your mental health over grades, just experience life because you only get one go at it, don't take things for granted. finally, please remember, looks aren't everything, you're beautiful even though you might not feel like it. you know what, get up right now and look in a mirror and smile, pick out everything good about yourself on don't only look at the bad things for once. p.s. I hope you learnt to properly touch type because I'm really struggling right now
