A letter from July 4th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Hi Chiny today is Friday, July 3rd 10:42pm I’m on the couch in the living room in our apartment next to your high school. When your reading this it’s going to be 2025 which mean you graduated!! How was the Sat and Act? Are you still friends with anyone from high school? How’s kade and Kamden? Do you still remember or think about them? As of now you can’t stop thinking about them you check kade instagram everyday, there’s no update he removed all his post and change his profile picture to him and Kamden as a baby. Do you still check their dads Instagram like the creepy person you are? Hahaha jk. How’s BTS they still together as of now they are hopefully in the future too. Are you still having your dance parties/concerts/award performance🤣 How’s Yoongi? Do you still see him? Miss him? Have you gotten yourself a boyfriend how about virginity? Streaks? I really hope your happy and proud of yourself the BLM movement is still going on I think it’s gonna be a while before it ends along with the coronavirus. Do you plan on visiting Korea or have you already? I really hope that you do sometime in the future have you learned any Korean or tried more Korean food? How’s mother and Javier? They good? As of right now your pretty sad about 2020 mostly because your Asian twins have graduated meaning you’ll never see them in high school again. You’ll never see them walk down the hall and awkwardly make eye contact with them. You’ll never see them at lunch or at assembly’s. Never be walking down the library stairs behind them or them behind you never feel weird or scared if their watching you watch by you’ll never know what they thought of you never changes your everyday passing period course just to walk past them or just see them period. I don’t think you’ve EVER liked a boy/boys this much in your whole 16 yrs of living kinda sad you never got to speak to them all those different scenarios you’ve made up in your head probably never came true. OH!! Did Kamden debut yet with FNC ENTERTAINMENT? If so what do you think? Is he good? Any concerts in the US that you gone to just to see him? What college are you attending? Major? What are you gonna be when you grow up? I just did the math your a junior right? Wow! That’s crazy 2025 sounds like the future. As of now your in the summer of becoming a junior in high school. Did I keep up with my plans of getting good grades? And working harder? I really hope I did. What year would you say was your favorite year oh high school right now it’s freshman year mostly because of kade and Kamden and the memories you have of them but sophomore year wasn’t bad not gonna lie you got closer with BECKY!! and Leslie. How Victoria and Angelina remember them what are they up to are you still jealous of them? How’s your instagram following? Did you become more popular and outgrow your small shell of shyness? That’s all for now my eyes are watering. Think about kade and kamden will you see what’s new with them if they found a significant other what are they up to? Wait if it’s 2025 and your a sophomore/junior that means kade just graduated college woohoo 😭 your first people you’ve actually loved are grown up. Think about them, take care of yourself, love yourself as BTS would say. When your done reading this write another one to yourself in the future telling yourself you just read this. Save this pls for when your old and pls save those pictures and videos of kade and Kamden (If you still have them) bye bye chiny 👋🏻 I’m proud of you really. ❤️
