Dear FutureMe,
5 years from now, you are turning 23. This is a letter from your turning 18 years old self. To begin with, how's life going? are you doing great? will you continue to med school? are you happy? is everything going according to your plan? Do you have a special someone right now? Are you helping our parents financially? are you proud of what you've become after 5 years? all of these questions, are running on my mind right now. i'm quite worried, and anxious of future. I badly want to have a peak of it but we both know that we can't. I promise to make myself better for you. I hope when you read this, you will be able to say that I did a great job growing. if things are pretty tough right now, take this as a reminder that you can't quit and good days will come. remember what Emi Wong says? "no pain, no gain" oh!! I hope you have a better physique now. are you one of those "curvy" girls?? i'm proud of you!!!
all the love,
your 17 years old self.
