A letter from June 21st, 2020

Dear FutureMe, hey there !! it's your 16 year old self. things have been hard lately. i just broke up with the person i thought whose gonna be with me forever. i really hope that you are genuinely happy right now. whether or not you are in a relationship, please know your worth and dont settle for less. but tbh i really hope that you and him got back together and be happy. anyways, how's work life? have you started sending money to abah and umy?? i wonder where are you currently living now... like where could it be? i really want to see myself being successful and happy in life which i really really can feel that you are already successful now. and just to remind you to be humble and do good deeds to the people in need//around you. i dont want to see myself being an ignorant and selfish in 5 years so pls do me a favour. oh i have something to ask, how's oxiygen? are you guys still friends? i really hope you guys are still bestfriend cuz she has helped you going through your entire high school life. how about aleeya? is she doing fine? do you guys still keep in touch? now i wanna talk about that one specific person, alhafiz? are you guys friends or just strangers? let me guarantee you this. you still have a soft spot for him right? i really wanna see myself being happy with him. i really do. he once made you he happiest girl in town. hugged you everytime you cry in front of him. sent you food when yo're hungry. today is 21st June 2020 which marks the fourth day of our breakup. im sad but at the same time i feel like its the best thing to do right now cyuz we need time to focus on ourselves. i dont even know if he's gonna come back but i really wish that im still with him when you read this but idk tho. im sad.i love him so **** much. i still care. um i guess that's all for now. i hope you are doing your extremely best in life. i can feel that you are a hardworking woman and keep it up. when you feel down, just remember that it's all gonna worth it in the end and it's gonna pay off i promise. love yourself, be confident and be nice. iloveyou.
