A letter from June 15th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, I’m writing this at 1 am because this is the time when I feel more inspired. This year has been so weird, every month comes out with a new thing like how?!! Coronavirus really messed up with some important plans this year. I was so excited to go to Mexico, visit my grandparents omg. I was excited to go to Disney or somewhere in Florida because I miss living there, that’s the place where I grew up. This big pandemic ruined my prom and graduation it really makes me sad that I will never see my favorite classmates, and say goodbye. At least we’re having a graduation. I’m really tired of this virtual classes, haha I miss being in school. YHLQMDLG and Ultraviolence were albums that were so iconic this year. Senior year was supposed to be the best but at the same time being 17 was also the best. I became a better person, feel more mature and less insecure than before. Thank God I got out from those existencial crisis. I wanna thank God for every blessing he has given to me, I am so grateful. I’m a bit scared because I finished High school and I’m going to college. Being 17 is that you’re no longer a teenager but not an adult, this is weird lol. I’m feeling nostalgic because I’m listening to video games by Lana del Rey. I wanna see myself as a great nurse!!! I wanna see you yelling “I DID IT!!”, 17 year old me is going to feel so proud of you. Listening from next door with no clue about what are you going to do with you’re life, scared because you don’t want to upset you’re parents. You’re going to get that pro MUA certificate and have a happy life, that’s all that matters. You’re going to remember how much you compared you’re self to others, and how you felt so insecure and listened to Lana and cried all night. I hope you become the person that you want to be in the future. This part of my teenage life is almost ending wow. You’re going to be at the top, and yes there is going to be ups and downs but all your dreams are going to come true if you work hard. Do everything for yourself only. First God everything is going to happen. I’m so excited to go to college this fall, I really am. Many things are going to change but I’m excited I’m going to college and achieve all my goals. I promise I will put all my effort. 2020 has been a crazy year. I’m going to miss you so much. 💓 you were always so beautiful and smart. And btw I ended this letter with California by LDR :)
