Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, This is you from the past. Right now I’m recovering from top surgery. Are you happy in your body yet? I hope that we achieve that someday. Over quarantine I’ve been carefully planning out my next few years. How did it go? Are you living in Portland yet? Or did I end up going somewhere else? I’ve been dying to get out of Florida there’s no way you’re still there. Are you still in touch with your friends from high school? Or do you have new friends ? Do you have a boyfriend yet, because I don’t want to wait five years to get a boyfriend. Are you still vegan? How’s your relationship with your brother? Right now in 2020 it’s the worst it’s ever been. Have you seen your sister? Did you ever go to therapy for your trauma? Did you ever seek counseling for Potential autism ? I hope you’re happy. I feel like I’m approaching true happiness for the first time in my life and I really hope you got there and stayed there. And if not I hope you’re still working on yourself and becoming your best you. I love you and I’m sorry for not respecting you enough in your teen years. I hope you’ve built confidence. Remember to ALWAYS love and respect yourself. NEVER get into a relationship that you don’t feel 100% in again. Respect your body, don’t let people use you. Don’t hurt yourself and please don’t starve yourself. You’re important. You’re loved. And if you’re alone right now that’s okay because it’s not gonna last forever. Feeling alone is probably my biggest struggle right now. Surround yourself with people who want YOU. Don’t settle for less. Don’t change yourself for others. Be kind, put your anger aside. Forgive people. And in five years if I didn’t achieve everything I wanted that’s okay, because I am smart, kind and strong enough to make it through anything. Don’t give up.
