A letter from June 9th, 2020

Dear Future Me, Tuesday June 9th, 202o This is a year I will always remember A year of excitement and fun But this year was cut short Because of a virus that begun Covid 19, the corona, and so much more The virus of the year the ending of it all Social distancing, masks, and staying inside The new normal has arrived Life is harder but also more fun Because the time of change has come Family time, TV, video games, and other things too That is what we shall do Stuck at home But not that bad In fact I am kinda glad I like the outdoors and sun and rain I like the endless amount of games I like the new normal too There is so much her there is to gain The new normal sure is great But things are missing to make it better Are life and activities depend on the weather No friends to hang with and life is slow So I think this pandemic could be a little better Life may be slow And very hard But at least we are not alone So in 5 years when life is normal again Read this and remember what life was like back then
