A letter from June 1st, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Hello, in this day and age there many situations and cautions to society. It began on January 26 of 2020 where the NBA basketball star, Kobe Bryant and his daughter along with other passengers, died in a helicopter crash. The country mourned with loss. Further more into February, the Covid-19 virus was founded in China. This virus spread throughout the countries and soon entered into America. Thousands of thousands of people of died or been effected by such virus. The country went into a state emergency and was ordered to stay home, isolated unless need of food or water. Businesses closed. People lost their jobs. Everyone was in a state of panic. 7th grade year was going pretty good until the news were spread that the rest of the longing year will come to an end and will continue with remote learning. Everyone was devastated. The month of April flew by. It was if it never happened. Then May of 2020. ****** hornets were founded and were discovered that they could **** many people. Adding too, George Floyd, a Black American, was ****** unarmed when taking a run. The idiot of a police officer suspected he was running from something he may have done. No. Floyd was a happy, UNARMED, kind man that was just taking a jog around his own neighborhood. Along with this another man was arrested for idea of "check theft". Even when going along with the officers ordered he was shoved to the cement and choked to ***** by another officer. At this point the country was DONE with unfair rights of black citizens and started a country-wide protest. This protest was created to be peaceful, but in some areas buildings were burned done, broken into, painted on. Windows were smashed, cars were crushed and the most important and terrible, people were shot with tear gas and rubber bullets to the head by police officers. People were ******, blinded, crying for help. All over social media the news of the deaths of the men spread and spread. Everyone knew and decided to take a stand. NO FREEDOM UNTIL WE ARE EQUAL. The United states needs to get rid of Donald Trump. He is racist, ******, against any LGBTQ communities and should be impeached from office. Its disappointing to say that I grew up with him as a president. Hopefully you see this is in the future and hopefully everything is safer, equal, and happier cause right now everything. Truly. Sucks. Also, hope everything is better with boys cause boys are just too much to handle rn. Love you.
