Dear FutureMe,
The world is crazy right now.
A global pandemic is still happening but the government has left people go out too early the deaths may be lowering but they are still so high. No one is abiding by the 2m rule is so ridiculous. Yes I want to see my friends and family but I’m also not willing to risk their lives and mine when it’s so close to being over.
Also riots are happing around the world for black lives matter.
A man named George Floyd was ******** in cold blood by a police officer after repeatedly saying he can’t breathe. It’s so crazy that the people who are supposed to protect us are ******* innocent people because of the colour of their skin. These riots do not help reducing the Corona virus at all but they are also so necessary to stop the inequality in America and all around the world.
A lot of people are saying at the moment ‘All Lives Matter’ yes they do but white people are privileged more than black people meaning that they don't have to fight for the right to live freely and not be in fear of their lives when a police officer stops their car or in the streets.
Because the world is racist and I think in some way that’s never gonna stop there’s always gonna be that one prejudiced person but as long as we reduce the amount of hate in the world and equality is finally achieved we will be fine. We will be happy. And we will be free.
