A letter from May 25th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, It's the 25th of May 2020 right now I'm 16, and I'm writing this in the middle of class. You're going to be 21 when you read this, it's so crazy to think that I will be that old one day, yeah, you're old. I'm going to write this letter in sections. Starting with the world. I hope the world is doing okay, I hope we recovered from Covid19 okay. I hope shops were able to be re-opened and flights were opened too. I really hope I was able to go to the japan ski trip or even just some sort of trip. I hope Donald Trump is out of power cause he is an absolute dickhead. I hope pollution levels have been fixed and Climate Change hasn't hurt the earth too much. I know the world is heading to a bad place right now if we don't fix climate change, so I hope the government worldwide has taken action to stop it. Okay now, family. I hope everyone is doing okay, I hope gran and grandad and nanny and poppy are all healthy and okay. If id some aren't here anymore then I'm so sorry. They love you so much and you love them a lot. They will always be with you in your heart, and their spirits will always stay with you. I hope mum and dad are okay and they haven't kicked you out of home yet ahaha. I hope you and your sister are still close, cause she is an amazing person. I hope Evie is still okay. She is the cutest if she isn't then don't worry you'll find many pets to love you. Is TikTok still a thing? Have you achieved anything? ARE YOU A FAMOUS VOLLEYBALL PLAYER? You better still be playing volleyball. I hope you are still ***. Cause we do be very *** right now, and we love girls. Maybe you have even found someone special, and I hope you have. You've had your heart broken many many times but you still know how to love others, and that's what is important. Always try to look for the best in people and give them a second chance, but you need to know when to cut people and tell them no. I hope you still have friends. Sigourney, Phoebe, Portia, Eleanor, Tess, they are all amazing people. and I really hope you still keep in contact with Pia, Cassie, and Beth. I hope you were successful in school and didn't end up failing too many exams. English and Geography are just annoying me. I wonder if you have a full-time job now. Or are we still working at maccas? I really hope not. I really hope you still are doing all the things you love, writing, painting, drawing, reading. Maybe you have even accomplished some things on your bucket list. Like writing a book, seeing the northern lights, and going on a road trip with a stranger. Well, I don't really know what else to write. I hope you are safe and still alive.
