A letter from May 15th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, I hope by now you have grown to realise you don’t need a boyfriend to be happy. You are amazing the way you are. If what is happing right now goes how I am hoping it goes, then I wish that you are still happy with him. I know some days are harder than other but just keeping pushing on. But don’t push so hard you push people away. They are there for you like you were there for them. Everything is going to be okay. I know I’m from the past but trust me it’s going to be okay. Don’t be afraid to be who you are. I hope you have come out to your family about who you are. You are you and no one can take that away from you.
